Refund policy

We currently do not accept returns and all items are final sale. Our items are handmade to order to reduce waste, which means they are made especially for you. We ask that you please allow for some variations to color (they may appear differently in person than they do on screen) and slight character imperfections.

If you would like to request additional photos of our items before purchasing, please feel free to contact us here. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that if your order arrives damaged due to USPS mishandling, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS here. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
If you reach out to us and we agree to refund your order due to another issue, we will notify you. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
