📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
All items are made to order in our Honolulu, Hawaii studio. Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, please allow 15–20 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, and a shipping confirmation with tracking info will be emailed once your order is on the way.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages delayed or stuck in transit once they’ve left our hands.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide via UPS Worldwide or USPS First Class International Mail. Please allow 15–20 business days for production, plus an estimated 2–3 additional weeks for international delivery, depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed once your package ships.
Customs delays, international transit issues, or extended delivery times are outside our control. Please contact your carrier directly for help with damaged, delayed, or missing shipments.
🏡 ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to update the destination address. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
🕵️ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please reach out to UPS or USPS directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for unclaimed or returned mail.
📬 GENERAL SHIPPING REMINDERS
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
CURIOUS is not responsible for:
• Shipping carrier errors (UPS/USPS)
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Damaged packages caused by the carrier
• Delivery issues related to PO boxes
• Packages stolen after delivery
✅ ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking info will be sent once your order has shipped.
📦 RETURNED MAIL
If your package is returned as undeliverable, we’ll inspect the item and—if it’s still in good condition—can reship it to an updated address. A $30 reshipping fee (charged to us by the carrier) will apply before we can send it back out.
We do not offer refunds for unclaimed or returned packages. Please monitor your tracking and contact the carrier with any delivery issues to avoid delays or returns.
