Domestic Shipping:
Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground, with some exceptions shipped via UPS Ground. Due to the handmade nature of our items, they are made to order with a processing time of 15-20 business days (not including weekend days). You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will include tracking. We are not responsible for items that are stuck in transit. USPS Ground guarantees delivery within 5-8 business days.
International Shipping:
Orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide or USPS First Class International Mail from Honolulu, Hawaii. Due to the handmade nature of our items, they are made to order with a processing time of 15-20 business days (not including weekend days) and shipping may take an additional 2-3 weeks depending on your location. You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will include tracking. We are not responsible for items that are stuck in transit which is common with international orders. Please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance with shipments that are damaged or not received.
Address Change:
Please contact us as soon as possible with address changes to see what we can do. We may have to cancel the order and have you reorder your item with the correct address. Once an order has shipped we can not change the address and we are not responsible for any order that has shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Items:
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. You will need to contact UPS or USPS to file a lost or stolen claim. We are unable to issue refunds for unclaimed and returned packages.
General Shipping Policies:
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the carrier.
CURIOUS is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by the carrier (UPS, USPS)
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
Order Confirmation
Items are shipped after processing. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
Return Mail
If your package is returned as undeliverable, please reach out to us. We will inspect the condition of the items to ensure they were not damaged in transit and we can arrange to ship them back out to you with updated address info if necessary. There is a $30 return mail fee which is the cost we are charged by the carrier that must be paid before your shipment is resent. In order to avoid return mail we ask that you keep an eye on your tracking info to ensure your items are delivered within the estimated delivery date and contact the carrier if there are any issues. As our items are handmade to order, we do not issue refunds for unclaimed and returned packages.

✨ Pegboard design pricing starts at $75 and will increase based on size and complexity. Shipping is an additional charge (minimum $8, but will increase based on actual shipping costs).
✨ We ask that you choose any of the colors from our available color palette. *Custom paint colors are possible, but will incur up to an additional $25 charge per color. We do not offer paint samples.
✨ Copyrighted or trademarked designs are not accepted
✨ We do not offer any other types of customized items such as shelves, displays, tables, wall hooks etc.
A non-refundable $10 deposit is required prior to us discussing the details of your design request. If your submission is accepted, we will send over a link to complete the deposit, then we can get started on a quote and provide a design. We’re excited to hear from you!
