Returns + Exchanges:
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at info@curioushawaii.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
Handmade Policy:
It is our priority to ensure our customers understand they are purchasing a handmade item. Each shelf is produced in small batches in our studio based in Honolulu, HI. We ask that you allow for some imperfections and character inconsistencies. We do not see these as flaws, but instead a mark of what makes each product unique.
Defects:
Our ultimate goal is always to provide a product our customers will be happy with, and each item is inspected prior to shipment to ensure there are no major flaws or damages. If you feel you have received a product that is defective or unusable, please contact us at info@curioushawaii.com. Be sure to include photos when applicable and provide reasoning.
Domestic Shipping:
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, with some exceptions shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Due to the handmade nature of our items, they are made to order with a processing time of 15-20 business days (not including weekend days). You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will include tracking. We are not responsible for items that are stuck in transit. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 5-8 business days.
International Shipping:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS First Class International Mail from Honolulu, Hawaii. Due to the handmade nature of our items, they are made to order with a processing time of 15-20 business days (not including weekend days). You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will include tracking. We are not responsible for items that are stuck in transit which is common with international orders. Please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance with shipments that are damaged or not received.
Address Change:
Please contact us as soon as possible with address changes to see what we can do. We may have to cancel the order and have you reorder your item with the correct address. Once an order has shipped we can not change the address and we are not responsible for any order that has shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Items:
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. You will need to contact UPS or USPS to file a lost or stolen claim.
General Shipping Policies:
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the carrier.
CURIOUS is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by the carrier (UPS, USPS)
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

Hey there! Thank you so much for your interest in working with us to bring your dream pegboard design to life. Please read the below guidelines before submitting your request.
✨ Pegboard design pricing starts at $75 and will increase based on size and complexity. Shipping is an additional charge (minimum $8, but will increase based on actual shipping costs).
✨ We ask that you choose any of the colors from our available color palette. *Custom paint colors are possible, but will incur up to an additional $25 charge per color. We do not offer paint samples.
✨ Copyrighted or trademarked designs are not accepted
✨ We do not offer any other types of customized items such as shelves, displays, tables, wall hooks etc.
A non-refundable $10 deposit is required prior to us discussing the details of your design request. If your submission is accepted, we will send over a link to complete the deposit, then we can get started on a quote and provide a design. We’re excited to hear from you!
